Refund policy

In compliance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013


Returns should be notified to us within 14 Calander days from receipt. 

The purchaser then has a further 14 calander days to return the good to our address.

The purchaser will be responsible for all returns postage and packaging costs. Returns must only be made using a trackable service and the purchaser must provide The Motifs Co Ltd t/a Forces Merchandise with a valid tracking ID.

If we agree to refund (see below conditions) The refund will only be for the original purchase cost, we will not reimburse cost associategd with return of goods.

At our discretion we will only accept returns if; an item/s are sent in error by us (ie wrong size, colour or design) for an exchange of size, goods are found to be faulty or Buyer has changed their mind. We will NOT accept returns if; the item/s show signs of prolonged natural or excessive wear, are marked or damaged in any way by make-up, deodourant, stretching etc., signs of cigarette/pet odours or excessive/incorrect laundering. 

We WILL dispatch replacement goods within 7 calendar days following the day after notifying the Buyer of receipt of and acceptance of their goods. The same postal service as selected by the Buyer at the time of the original purchase will be used in the case with the same delivery time expectation.

At our discretion, we WILL replace any returned goods on a like for like basis, however if a like for like replacement is not available the option of an alternative design/size/colour or a full refund* will be offered to the buyer. 

Refunds

The Motifs Co Ltd t/a Forces Merchandise at our discretion and subject to all the above policies, will only refund to the original Buyer’s purchase account.
